Q. How do I book?
A. Simple! Call or email us with your requirements and we can tailor a package to suit your needs.

Q. Are the frozen cocktail machines easy to use?
A. Absolutely! When we deliver the machine, we will set it up for you. We mix the first batch of Frozen Cocktails in the machine and we will show you what to do if you have ordered extra mix with your package.

Q. How many drinks do you get from each frozen cocktail machine?
A. Each bowl of the two bowl machine will yield a minimum of 60 x 170mL drinks. That’s 120 drinks in total.

Q. How much alcohol do I need?
A. 4 x 700mL bottles of base spirits (i.e. vodka, white rum, brandy, gin or tequila depending on which cocktails you have ordered).

Q. How long does the frozen cocktail machine take to freeze the drinks?
A. Between one and and hours depending on air temperature, mix temperature and machine location.

Q. If I have ordered a two bowl frozen cocktail machine, can I have different flavours in each bowl?
A. You sure can, and we have over 60 different cocktail flavours to choose from.

Q. Can we have non-alcoholic frozen drinks?
A. Of course. Having non-alcoholic frozen drinks means both kids and designated drivers can have them. You can always add alcohol to individual drinks once they have been dispensed.

Q. Is any venue OK to have a frozen cocktail machine?
A. We deliver to any location within 15kms of the Adelaide CBD free of charge. There is a delivery fee for distances greater than 15kms (see prices page). If the machine will be located in a difficult to access area (i.e. lots of stairs, narrow passageways) please let us know when you book. You will need to ensure that you have a stable surface on which the machine will sit on, close to a power point.

Q. How far in advance should I book a frozen cocktail machine?
A. This really depends on the time of year. During peak seasons (summer, Christmas, New Year, Grand Final Weekend) you will need to book up to 4 weeks in advance. At quieter times, you may be able to book a frozen cocktail machine with a days notice. The best advise is to phone us as soon as you decide you want a frozen cocktail machine and we’ll see what we can do.

Q. What is the alcohol content of the frozen cocktails?
A. Depending on the type and brand of base spirits used in the cocktails you have ordered the alcohol content is between 4 and 6 percent. We recommend safe and responsible drinking.
