About Us
In 1999 we had a great idea. It was over a couple of cold margaritas on a hot summer day in Adelaide that we thought we could take our unique blends of cocktail mixers to the public. You know… the old story of someone saying “Hey, that’s really good, you should sell it!!”. We had some help from our mates at Amoré Syrups to develop an extensive list of cocktails and we had plenty of help from family and friends in tasting newly developed flavours.
Once we had our mixers perfected, we bought a couple of Frozen Cocktail Machines and approached a few party hire companies to showcase our products. The response was great and we knew we were on to a winner. Like all new business owners, we took the feedback of our customers really seriously and, because we had a great product that tasted sensational and reliable frozen cocktail machines (cos who wants machines that break down), our customers were full of praise. One party on a weekend became three or four and our business has continued to grow.
In 2004 we gave the business the name Chill Out Cocktails – Mixing With The Best! and started hiring out machines under our own business name.
We still believe that our customers are our best advertisement. We know if they are thrilled with our product that they’ll tell their friends and hey... that’s how our business started. If you have a great idea for a new cocktail, we’d love to hear from you.
